- ... in a soft opt-out system the removal and use of organs and tissues is also permissible unless the deceased objected during his or her lifetime, but after death relatives are involved in the decision making process around donation.

It could also uphold the wishes of people who don't want to donate. In the current system even if you object your family can still donate your organs. For the first time with opt out you can register an objection.
